Jo Woodford is an experienced people developer and trainer with the ability to adapt her style, knowledge and material to meet the needs of learners. Jo pioneered the graduate Insight Out programme based on the philosophy of NESTA’s Creative Pioneer programme – “building a business is a creative act”. This programme has been delivered to over 50 participants across the UK so far.

She delivers the Insight Out Learning training in a flexible and informal way. Her facilitated training sessions not only enable staff to develop their teaching skills further but offer the opportunity to gain excellent insights into the issues facing today young graduate entrepreneurs and their business.

The combination of corporate and young business experience enables her to empathise with the needs of all participants and learners. This understanding has been gained by training in a wide range of organisations and Institutions where her ability to identify the key issues and focus on them has contributed to continued success and has earned her the reputation for creativity drive and personal commitment.

Her corporate experience includes managing and developing teams as well as training consultants and trainers. This combination of people and business skills ensures that the programmes delivered make a real difference to the participants’ objectives and skills.
